Our ability to deliver competitively priced, high quality plastic moulded parts is underpinned by a full series of moulding machines ranging in size from a 5 tonne S.M.P Vertical to a 170 tonne Negri Bossi. We can supply parts of up to 350 grams in weight and a 400 sq. cm. projected area, in an extensive range of RoHS compliant, engineering and commodity resins and any pantone reference requirement can be matched, including transparent.
Full traceability can be provided and complete quality assurance is a priority, with over 25 years experience in both tool making and moulding we can guarantee levels of expertise that are second to none.
Support is provided all the way from prototype tooling, through to production runs of large or small batches and insert moulding, right up to assembly work. Industries serviced include Electronics, Agriculture, Sport, Petroleum, Construction, Lighting and Security, to name but a few.
